Six tools for keeping a brand in one piece

Each one does a single job. Together they remove the review queue.

The kit, the locks, the resizer, the review thread, the library and the connections. Every screen below is the product as it runs.

01 — Define and protect

Set the rules once, in the kit

01 / Living brand kit

One kit, always current

Logos, typefaces, colors and written guidelines live in one versioned kit. Edit a hex value and every template using it follows.

  • Retired logos leave the picker the same day
  • Each change is numbered, so version 14 is always findable

In the workflow: a designer edits the kit on Monday; the team opens Tuesday’s drafts in the new green.

02 / Locked templates

Templates that hold their shape

Designers lock the logo, the type and the grid, and mark the layers that stay open. Teammates edit the words and the shapes; nothing else moves.

  • Layer-level permissions: locked, text only, kit colors, open
  • The lock holds through resizing and duplication

In the workflow: the designer builds Winter Reset once; six teammates produce twenty variants without opening a ticket.

03 / One-click resizing

Every format from one design

Build the Story once. Fontaine reflows it to each network’s size and keeps your margins and safe zones intact.

  • Seven formats in the list, from 820 × 312 to 1080 × 1920
  • Exports run in the background while you keep working

In the workflow: approve the master, resize, then send the whole set to the calendar in one move.

Locked templates emptied that queue, and nothing has gone out in the wrong blue since.

02 — Review and ship

Then let the work move without you

04 / Pinned approvals

Comments pinned to the pixel

Reviewers comment on the exact spot, tag a teammate and approve in the same thread. Nothing publishes while a change is still open.

  • Named approvers per template, set once
  • Status carries into the calendar automatically

In the workflow: the story goes up at 9:42, two approvals are in by 10:31, the third reviewer is pinged by name.

05 / Versioned library

A library that remembers

Uploads are tagged on arrival and every edit keeps its version. Roll back to Tuesday’s headline in two clicks.

  • Search by tag, owner, format or kit color
  • Find every asset still using a retired color

In the workflow: a rebrand lands, and the library shows which 31 files still carry the old green.

06 / Calendar and publishing

The week, already approved

Approved designs drop onto a shared calendar and publish to connected networks on schedule. Anything with an open comment shows amber and stays put.

  • Drag a post between days; its formats move with it
  • Colors on the grid match approval status

In the workflow: Friday’s planning meeting happens on this screen instead of in a spreadsheet.

03 — Security

Who can touch the kit

Brand assets are company property. Access follows the roles you set, and the record of changes is kept.

01

Role permissions

Owners, designers, editors and reviewers each see and change different things. Atelier adds custom roles.

02

Single sign-on

Sign in through your identity provider on Atelier, and remove a leaver in one place.

03

Change history

Every edit to the kit, a template or a lock is logged with the person and the time.

04

Encrypted storage

Files are encrypted in transit and at rest. Details sit on the Security page linked in the footer.

04 — Integrations

Wired into the tools around the kit

Switch each on from settings. Brand tokens, briefs and approval pings move without copying files by hand.

  • /SlackApproval pings in the channel, with the pinned comment
  • /AsanaA brief becomes a draft in the right template
  • /GitHubBrand tokens exported as code, in step with the kit
  • /DropboxAsset folders kept in sync both ways
  • /XeroInvoices that carry the current logo
  • /SalesforceCampaign assets pulled from the approved set

05 — Reliability

Quiet when it is working

Autosave

Edits save as you type, so a closed tab costs nothing.

Restore

Any version of any design can be brought back from the library.

Plain status

If something degrades, the status page says so before you have to ask.
